2019-2020 THEME: “Look Within”
Welcome to the world of Reflections! Reflections is a National PTA Arts Program that takes place each fall and gives students the opportunity to showcase their talents outside of the classroom in one or more of six categories: Visual Arts, Photography, Literature, Music Composition, Dance Choreography, and Video Production.
Students will have about a month to create new pieces of artwork inspired by this year’s theme. Every submission needs to be the ORIGINAL work of only ONE student, and must follow PTA Reflections rules.
ALL entries will be submitted on October 7th or 8th.
A reception will be held for all participating students on Tuesday, October 29th. The entries will be judged in their age categories (K-2, 3-5, Special Artist) and up to three pieces in each category will be selected to be a part of the Jefferson County PTA display at Red Rocks Community College (Arvada Campus), and may even go on to the State or National Reflections Program!
Return the form to your teacher so that you and your child can get the entry form and full rules. If you need to, you may download the form at the bottom of this page.
Good luck, and happy creating! If you have questions, please call or email Melinda Kiefer at 303-949-9655 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
